Fuse Theatre is an inclusive youth theatre project.
Throughout October 2017 a cast of 17 young actors with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities worked to devise a theatre piece which was toured to 5 venues across North Yorkshire.
“The most interesting people you’ll find are ones that don’t fit into your average cardboard box. They’ll make what they need, they’ll make their own boxes.” (Dr Temple Grandin)
The Factory explored what it means to be different. The piece challenged what we mean by the word ‘normal’. Just because something works in a different way to how people think it should work, it does not mean it’s broken… With warmth, humour and grace The Factory showed its audience that it’s OK to be different.
The Tour Programme was
